This is Sandy. Please read his full bio below before inquiring about adopting him.

He is a most adorable mix of probably Maltese and terrier. He is just over a year old and weighs 12 pounds. He is super affectionate and very easygoing. Sandy loves everyone he meets as well as other dogs and cats and will cuddle up with them when he’s ready for a rest, but he often wants them to play with him and will annoy them if they won’t play.

Sandy is angelic when he's tired... but he can be a little devil. If in "active mode" and ignored, he will chew anything he can get his paws on. His forever home should have an experienced dog owner who is able to train him. It should be an active household with someone who is there much of the day and who will walk him and play with him often. The adopter should be an experienced dog owner able to spend time training Sandy. This especially cute boy will be a wonderful and fun companion once he is trained.
