Hello my name is Sheba, A high kill shelter in San Antonio, TX found me and my puppies on an old highway where we were dumped. Another rescue stepped up and rescued my babies from this place but then I was sitting all alone. New Beginnings Pet Rescue of the Quad Cities saw me through their network partners and took me in so I would be saved. I would love nothing more than to be part of a family!
