My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Khaleesi is a sweet, loving, dark chocolate brown bundle of kisses and hugs (she will actually wrap her front legs around your waist and rest her head on your belly!). Khaleesi is ~ 45 pound, Pit Bull Mix, estimated ~3 years old. She was rescued from the Nash County Shelter. She has been having a grand old time with her foster parents and her foster siblings, but she so desperately wants a human or family all of her own! Khaleesi is crate trained, however behaves beautifully when left at home not in her crate (i.e. no accidents or destruction). Khaleesi does very well with other dogs after a slow and proper introduction. She has been residing and playing with her 7 foster siblings. Khaleesi would do best with a strong leader to help fine-tune her manners. Khaleesi is very athletic and active and will require some walks each day, or room to run around. However she is equally content with her head resting in your lap, gazing adoringly up at you! Khaleesi is UTD on all vaccinations and has been spayed.
