Shepherd cross baby male Wow, does this boy ever love to play!! There you have it folks. If you are looking for a non-stop playful puppy with oodles of energy, then your search is over. Apollo is your man.
He has an amazing energy about him that draws people and dogs to him. His favourite new thing is his bed, and that spot is even better with some toys (note to future family, "durables" are essential with those razor sharp puppy teeth!).
Apollo is ready to party, and wants to ring in the New Year with a family who promises to give endless belly rubs, have lots toys for him to shred and will have time to cuddle on the couch with him, for those rare re-charge moments. He has done well with other dogs and we think he would like another happy, well adjusted canine buddy.
Apollo is still bouncy like a puppy, so homes with old grumpy dogs would loathe him. He lives with kitties and has done just fine with them as well. Being all puppy and still learning that he should not jump up to greet his friends, we think a home with sturdy children would be best for him (and the kids). Apollos photos do not do him justice. He is a very handsome boy! He'll steal your heart the instant you meet him.
This energetic boy is lean, strong and growing daily. We think he will top out at 25-30 lbs, but we really have no clue on hit’n run daddy-dog. Ummmm...... we weren’t there. Apollo is such a handsome, charismatic guy!

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
