Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE CONTACT DONNA at jussijames@comcast.net for info about Kingston.
Meet Kingston: This gorgeous boy is about 1 1/2 yrs. He's a local boy and needs to find a new home despite his family trying to keep him.
He's sweet, obedient, and knows commands. He is housebroken, crate trained well and loves to play fetch with a ball. He likes to visit along the fence in his backyard with the bunnies. He's been around chickens and cats with no issues. If you ask him to sit, before you finish saying it, his butt is on the ground. Kingson is not a huge cuddler but he's friendly and likes people. When he meets someone new he barks but no in an aggressive way. He's just a loud talker because he gets so excited. Once he meets you, he becomes a big wiggly boy!
His current family has a female Pitbull who is extremely dominant. The 2 dogs had a run-in trying to determine who was top dog, and now the family is nervous and worried about another incident. Kingston has been around other dogs without incident and is happy and well cared for. He is not dog reactive and both dogs can easily be separated with a baby gate between them.
The best home for Kingston would be with someone who is confident, consistent, and will create some structure for him. No dog parks but he loves to go along for the ride! Older children would be best simply due to his size. He likes both men and women and loves to play ball!
Kingston would love to hike, do agility, or be your running partner He's a wonderful young lad who will thrive with guidance, patience, and consistency in his continued training.
