My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady is a beautiful 2.5 year old pointer mix who was adopted into a family 2 years ago and one day they decided they didn't want her any longer. She was literally put outside and not let in again. She roamed for a year all alone and starving. Many neighbors complained and worried about her. She was almost hit by cars many times, in danger from being stolen and she wandered from area to area.

Alone and scared - finally a Good Samaritan found our about her and made arrangements to get her off the streets. What a great day it was for LADY. She was never to be homeless again.

Fast forward - she is now totally vetted and in good health. She is heart worm negative and on preventions monthly. She is in desperate need for a new home. Lady is now in boarding with rescue and not doing well. It is too confining for her and she is stressed Lady is cat and dog friendly, crate and house trained and loves people. She is a huge cuddler. She is about 56 lbs and full of love. Lady is in need of a home with a high fence as she can be a fence jumper. She loves her walks and hikes and would be great in a home where someone is home often and active. She loves everyone and can't give enough kisses.
