My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please welcome Gomez and Morticia to our shelter family. They aren’t quite ready to go yet as they came to us with pretty severe skin problems which we are treating them for. But we’d like to go ahead and get their pictures out there. These two sweeties have been living rough for quite some time and it’s pretty clear that they have relied on each other for comfort and companionship. They are both golden oldies around 8-10 years old and they want nothing more than love. Gomez and Morticia love snuggling up together, and they seem to get quite upset when they are separated. They both have the sweetest, gentlest, easy going dispositions. We know it is a lot to ask for someone to adopt two large dogs, let alone seniors. But nothing would make ours and these sweet pups hearts happier than them getting to spend the rest of their lives together. We hope to get the word out about this sweet couple, so that maybe when they are ready for adoption they’ll have a home ready to love them forever.
Surprisingly Gomez is heartworm negative, and Morticia tested very very light positive for heart worms. We are in the process of healing these old souls and hoping that someone out there can give them all the love and care that they so deserve.
