My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Boomer and I would be so thankful to find my furever home soon. I'm a very happy boy. My nub rarely stops wagging. Sometimes I wag it so hard that I fall over and that makes my foster mom laugh.
I am 2 1/2 years old, neutered, and UTD on all my shots. I like my crate and I walk pretty well on a leash (I do walk better with a harness than a collar.)
I absolutely LOVE people, and everyone I meet thinks I am very sweet. Sometimes I get so excited that I try to jump up on them. My foster mom is teaching me that I shouldn't do that. I have been trying really hard to remember that. I would love to find a furever family that will keep helping me to learn my manners.

I am good with other dogs, and it would be nice to have another pup to play with. (Please no cats or other small animals though. I like to chase them WAY too much for my own good.) My foster mom thinks I would also be good for an active person or family, maybe someone who likes hiking or jogging. I love to go on walks and then come home and snuggle on your lap.
