My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Turbo. Turbo was rescued from Wayne County Animal Shelter in Goldsboro, NC. He is just shy of a year old and weighs 41 lbs. We don't think he will get much bigger. He is a lab mix. He was picked up as a stray but he is the most mellow, loyal, loving dog!

Turbo is the perfect family dog. He is gentle and loving. He likes to play and would be great with children due to his gentle nature. He is obedient and smart. He loves the agility course but mostly he just loves to be around people.

His trainer says Turbo is the best. Turbo gets along with EVERYONE. and everything. His trainer would really like to see Turbo go to a family. He believes Turbo would be an excellent family dog. If you show his a little affection he will be your best friend for life.

Turbo entered the NLOL program on November 13, 2019, and will be graduating sometime in early January 2020. All NLOL dogs are fully vetted, up to date on vaccines and spayed or neutered and micro-chipped. When they graduate from The Pamlico Correctional Institution, they will have 8 to 10 weeks of crate and housebreaking training along with basic obedience and agility training.
