Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Starla will sleep in foster brothers crate when he will let her, I haven't had a need to crate her as she is really well behaved and doesn't chew on things when I'm gone. She takes herself out the doggy door to potty.
She does not chew or dig in the yard.
She will bark when she gets excited and will howl sometimes.
She is on heartworm treatment, Revolution currently.
Very friendly with dogs her size or larger. A little timid with smaller dogs. Needs slow introduction to small dogs, especially very high energy small dogs.
She is scared of cats. If they come toward her she will hide behind her person.
Very child friendly, loves attention and close proximity to people, has no personal space. She is still learning not to jump so needs supervision with small children, needs to be reminded to sit. Once child is fully attentive to her she is very gentle and will lay down for petting.
Medium activity, likes walking and will walk briskly but will also stroll. Also loves lounging on the couch. Favorite pose, laying against her person with head on person's shoulder.
Needs a yard: She would do well with a yard or without, she is really laid back and only goes in the yard to potty. As long as she gets a daily walk she is good.
Walks well on leash, stays close to her person, isn't much of an explorer. Loud noises still startle her and she wants to be able to hide behind her person when she needs to. In the yard off the leash she will come when called. Will walk alongside without leash unless distracted by my other dogs.
She knows sit, no, walk, working on stay.
She likes snuggles, people, children, treats, warm blankets
Her perfect forever home would have children who would love her and snuggle with her, preferably ones who would let her sleep with them, she really loves snuggling up at night. She would also do well in a home with a mature person who could give her love and snuggles. Really anyone who wants a very snuggly, love bug of a dog would be the perfect person for her.
Starla is always so happy. She always wants to be with you and around, even if its laying in the corner of the kitchen while you cook. She will get my dogs playing, if they are laying around she will go get toys and drop them around them until they get up and start playing. She will grab one of their toys and run with it to get them to chase her.
