Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jet. Adult neutered male German Shorthair Pointer comes to us as lost and unclaimed. Seems to know some commands and is well house trained. Personable and easy to like. Does fine with kids and other dogs. Jet is a large, strong boy and will need an equally strong owner. Hunting ability unknown. Does alert to small animals like rabbits. As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY AUGUST 2, 2009. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines and Omaha, NE just north of I-80. Bona fide breed specific rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
