My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chewy is a 2 year old neutered male parti colored schnauzer. He is a fun, energetic little guy. He is good with other dogs and is getting used to his foster cat siblings. He likes toys and he likes to hide your socks! Chewy would love to find a family of his own for the holidays. He needs to work on his self confidence and he is somewhat nervous. He would prefer a family with no children or older ones who know how to respect his space when he is uncomfortable. He would absolutely love someone to play with who can also be patient with him.

Dogs will only be adopted to residents of the following: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and DC.

Adopters must agree to take the dog through obedience training within 3 months of adoption (unless the dog is over age 10).

Adopters must agree to keep the dog current on vaccinations and heart worm, flea, tick prevention on a year round basis.
