My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Moon #2 is a 1-year-old neutered male yellow lab. Moon weighs 46 pounds and is up to date on shots.

When this Moon hits your eye, you'll know it's amore! Moon is a handsome, young fellow who has just taken the first step to getting a family of his own! He is good with dogs, unknown with cats, and has no history with children so is approved for ages 10 and up. Are you ready for some love that's even better than a big pizza pie?

Moon loves squeaky toys.

Moon had FHO surgery in his left hip on 10/31. He will need the same surgery in his right hip after he has recovered from the first one, around the beginning of December. Recovery includes short walks on leash only. No running, jumping, or wrestling with other dogs.

UPDATE: Moon is a happy, playful, smart and sweet dog. He is playful and affectionate and was very interested in chasing the leaves blowing in the wind. So far he has excellent house manners, doesn't bark, and sleeps through the night. On the leash, he is easygoing but needs some training. He does not seem experienced on the leash because he will walk right into the street. We walked by two small dogs that were barking and acting aggressive toward him and Moon ignored them. He was approached by a larger dog and was friendly.
