Skyler came to us because his owner passed away. He is a diabetic and needs insulin shots 2x day. He is a very sweet boy and just wants to be with you. His ideal home would be with someone that is home a lot. He does need frequent bathroom breaks. He has lived with big dogs, but is afraid of small children.
