Luke is the sweetest boy! He is mostly blind and deaf but he can hear very loud sounds and can see shadow movements. He gets along with every dog he meets and is a big snuggler. He is heartworm positive but will be treated prior to his adoption. He will need a home with someone who is willing to work with his special needs.
