Welcome Guilley to CCPAL. He is a 1.5-year-old Boxer/Terrier mix. He has the most adorable wonky ears. He is very active and will be great for a runner, hiker or outdoorsy enthusiast. He is best in a harness and pulls some when another dog is there to play with. He probably wasn’t raised with another dog. A dog who has been around other dogs can read the ques that you are irritating them. He misses some of the ques so he can be too energetic for the more laid-back dogs. Troy has done an amazing job with him and he can now play off lead with 5 other alphas in the rescue off leash. That being said, he would be a great family pet with older kiddos due to his energy and someone who is athletic. He would be an AMAZING running partner and since he was raised as an only dog, we would like to keep him as an only dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with a transporter to deliver him to the East Coast, Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Wisconsin or Vermont. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. For some active family this boy will be a great fit.
