Quake has been a little hard to figure out! He hasn't liked all people he sees, but he has been a little misunderstood, too. Sometimes he jumps and lunges and barks in a way that seems aggressive, but after watching him for a while, he seems to be simply trying to get people's attention. He doesn't want them to leave his area, so he jumps and barks in his kennel to get them to return. He runs and plays with most other dogs just fine. Quake walks well on a leash and loves to go for a walk around the fairgrounds adjacent to the shelter. Quake is about 35 pounds and would respond to love and patient training. He may not have been treated well previously, so he needs to feel safe and loved. There is a place for this boy! Who can show him the love he needs?
