Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Callie is 4 years old and 8 lbs. Callie was originally an owner surrender to a high kill shelter in Texas due to landlord issues. She is now being re-homed by her current family as she for some unknown reason, has bitten her owner twice making the owner afraid. Both times she nipped, Callie was startled while sleeping. She has never bitten anyone else in the family. When taken to the vet for a checkup, there were no issues there as well. She allowed the vet tech to hold her, and the vet examine her without any sign of discomfort or aggression. Callie has had 2 sets of training classes. Per her current mom, all Callie wants is a nice warm lap to sit on most of the day, a couple of walks, and to play with her toys. Callie has a couple of dog friends that she will greet calmly and play with by running around. There are much bigger dogs in our neighborhood that she barks at. But she will meet them and sniff them. She either sleeps in her dog bed, or on her pillow, or on the sofa in the living room. She is house trained, but isn’t fond of going outside in the pouring rain. She will sit for hours on someone’s lap. Everyone who meets her loves her and she loves them, she thinks everyone wants to play with her.
