Nick is a medium to high energy dog. He is a very sweet boy and gets along with all the dogs at his foster home. He has not been tested with kids or cats, but has never been anything but friendly. He keeps his tail tucked when not in his comfort zone. Nick is not used to walking on a leash, but does not pull, just wants to explore everything. Nick and Steffi were found in July together. They are totally bonded with Nick being the most attached. He was so young that maybe she was all he knew. They share food bowls and their house. They rustle and play like puppies.
Steffi is a low to medium energy level girl and an absolute love. She is totally happy to just be petted and is very gentle. She has done well with other dogs at her foster home. Steffi has not been kid tested but she is not jumpy or mouthy. She is a laid back girl who likes to wrestles with Nick like puppies do. Her little tail never stops wagging. She does very well on a leash, just don't expect her to run. She takes her time and strolls along. When Steffi and Nick were found, she had been sprayed by a skunk. Her eyes were in such a mess that we thought she was almost blind.
