My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sparrow and his sister Finchy have been returned again through no fault of their own. Sparrow is a short haired, orange tabby male and Finchy is a long-haired gray female. They came to Love A Stray in the spring of 2017as kittens after they were found very thin and hungry eating bird seed from the bird feeder. After they were spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for feline leukemia and FIV, they were adopted by a couple for loved them dearly. Unfortunately they had a baby a year later and the baby was allergic to the cats and they had to be returned. They were again adopted but the couple had to move about 3 months later and again the kitties were returned. Last year before Christmas, they were again adopted but the 8-year-old child with whom they liked to sleep turned out to be allergic to them.

Today at Petsmart they spent most of the day on leashes and harnesses lying on the floor getting lots of attention from anyone who happened to walk by. Sparrow and Finchy are truly special cats. They love all people they have ever met and they don't seem to be afraid of dogs. They are very bonded to each other and get uneasy when they are not in sight of each other. thh They would be best in a home without other cats.

They would love it if you came to Petsmart any Saturday or Sunday to meet them in person. They are at Petsmart on Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM and on Sundays from Noon - 4:30 PM.
