My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blue eyed beauty or brown eyed bombshell?!?!

You are going to love me the moment you lay your eyes on me. I know I will just put a spell on you with my beauty. My previous owners had to give me up even though they didn’t want to. So here I am. I love to play hard but I also love to cuddle and give you tons of smooches. Plus I solemnly swear that I will follow you everywhere and stay as close as possible. Did I mention that I love kids...like I really love kids. I will even watch them while you do some house chores. You can trust me with them. Long gone are my puppy days so after 5 -6 years I have mastered taking care of my business outside. Plus I love the luxury of having the house all to myself so I know how to just chill on the couch while my foster family are at work and school. Foster mom was a bit concerned with my belly skin being so red but the Doctor seems to have found the trick to take care of it. I will need medicated baths about 2 times a week right now besides taking some probiotics. The dr isn’t sure if this is something I will always need or just something temporary. But in just 24 hours of getting my medicated bath and my probiotic pill my redness is just about all gone. I would just love to meet you. So what are you waiting for… go fill out that application to meet me.

Tasha Sue is UTD on   vaccinations, is microchipped, dewormed, given flea and tick prevention  and has been fixed. This  furbaby  is currently being fostered in Carol Stream, IL and would love to find a furever home! Adoption  fee is $300, if you are interested in meeting  or adopting  please apply online at www.rescuewarriorscorp.org and we will arrange meet and greets with approved applicants only at thi s time. Are the dogs currently listed not what you are looking for? Do you have a favorite breed and are having trouble finding it? Feel free to follow us on facebook, we are always saving more dogs.  https://www.facebook.com/RescueWarriorsCorp/

If you can't adopt, please consider a donation care made directly to the rescue via paypal or contact us at info@rescuewarriorscorp.org. We will do our best to respond to any and all requests and contacts as soon as possible, but we are a 100% volunteer run rescue. It is great because that means we can keep our adoption prices low because we are not paying salaries, but all of our volunteers do have families and "real" jobs in order to support our passion of saving animals from euthanasia often just days or hours before they are scheduled to be put to sleep. That being said, one of us are going to do our best to contact via email or by phone within 48 hours of any inquiry. It is not uncommon that when you have made the decision to add to your family and committing to adopting a rescue dog that you are very excited, we just ask that you be patient with us.
