Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** POOR Grace is here with us because she was so sad over loosing her Best Forever Friend who died unexpectedly. *****
Grace is a Miniature Australian Shepherd - Female - who was returned by her original adopter . Unfortunately Grace lost her best friend and companion dog. The older dog Grace lived with died and then POOR Grace was left all alone. She was grieving and the person she was living with could not understand that Grace needed more time to adjust to her loss. Her first owner just decided she could not take the time or have the patience to help Grace grieve for the best friend that had gone to the Rainbow Bridge so suddenly.
So the owner just brought Grace back to us here at the Rescue. **** WE understood how Grace was feeling and why she was behaving badly . We understand that it was because Grace was feeling the huge loss and the pain and the emptiness. Well, that was about 2 months ago.
***** TODAY **** Grace has found acceptance and she is doing much better than when she was thrown away by her first owner. Grace is very sweet - She is very cautious and she will be slow to come up to new people. Grace has much potential and if someone could love her and allow her to take her time - She will respond and become a close companion pet.
If you have it in your heart to love Grace and give her the time she deserves - Please come out and meet her and all the other fur-kids here at rescue.
