Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bailey is a 7-year-old spayed female chocolate lab. Bailey weighs 66 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
DESCRIPTION:
Oct 30, 2019: Bailey is the sweetest love bug who LOVES human attention. She is not a fan of other dogs and needs to be the only dog in the home. She is fully house and crate trained. She loves her humans and wants to be with them. She walks great on leash. She knows her basic commands. Bailey has gone through a lot of changes since her prior owner had to go to assisted living and wasn’t able to take her so, Bailey will take time to warm up to her new owners. Once she does and learns that you will not leave her, she will become your shadow and reward you with unconditional love and affection. The one thing that is a must have for Bailey is water!! She loves it.... large pool, kidding pool, creek, it doesn't matter.....
Miss Bailey is a great lovely choc chunk who needs to loose a few lbs. It shouldn't be an issue- she loves to play in the water, and play. She is currently at doggie day care and working on her weight issue - we have her on the weight watchers program. She's super sweet and needs someone who will help her continue with her weight loss program. She is full on body hug, slams happy go lucky but needs patients with the leash skills. Foster reports she is the sweetest girl, but will do best as the only dog in the home. She thinks all the toys belong to her, and this queen bee does not like sharing. She does ok meeting dogs outside, but prefers to rule the roost in her house. She really has no interest in interacting with other pups. This girl is looking for a calm house where she can monopolize the attention of her humans! Bailey’s loves to take naps and doesn’t like to be startled, she will let out a low growl if she is startled when she is sleeping, so the best thing is not to startle her.
Bailey’s owner moved to assisted living. Son gave her away to a neighbor who took her to the shelter when the resident dog didn't welcome her.
