Blue is a quirky, loving guy who will entertain you and be your best friend. He's living with another dog in his foster home, but he can be selective about his friends, so we'll need to make sure any dogs in his adoptive home are a good fit. Blue was a volunteer favorite in the shelter before we rescued him, and he will win your heart, too.
