My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leo was named after the blue Ninja Turtle Leonardo due to his courage and resilience. Leo was thrown out of a moving vehicle off of a freeway off-ramp. The witness who rescued him said he ran tirelessly after that car and ignored the dangerous traffic around him; he was determined to catch up.

This witness is a true hero! He managed to help Leo and provide him comfort and safety until he could #jointhescars.

Leo is now safe in his new foster home. His foster mom says he’s sweet, forgiving, affectionate, obedient and tender-hearted; a perfect little boy! He especially enjoys sunbathing and napping.

Leo would do best in a home with another fur-sibling and with a human that would be home most of the time since he struggles with some separation anxiety. He loves to cuddle, play and belong to a pack. In our squad, he's also known as the Zen Master because his superpower is to be totally cool and zen when everyone else is trying to scare the mailman away!
