Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Casper is a 3 1/2 month old domestic long haired white male. While living on the side of the highway most of his life he is now ready to find his forever home! He likes other cats and dogs. His favorite past time is toys and cuddling. We think Casper is deaf or hard of hearing. He will be looked at by the vet in the up coming days to determine. Casper will meow for affection! Please adopt this sweet boy. He is already neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and tested.
