Rosie is at first shy with strangers but warms up after a while. When Rosie warms up to you she can’t wait to see you in the morning! She is very vocal and loves to see what you are up to during the day. She loves to cuddle and absolutely loves her big foster dog! She gets along wonderfully with other cats as well. She has a lot of spunk and a big personality for such a tiny girl!
