Pilgrim (male) and Pumpkin (female) came to the shelter at about 8 weeks old after having been found in a ditch. Three little puppies were found in the ditch, but shortly after they came in on 9/19/19, one broke with parvo. Sadly, that little fella, Nutmeg, didn't survive. Later, Pilgrim broke with parvo, too, but thankfully this little guy beat the terrible illness. Pumpkin was given good food, fluids, and probiotics and she didn't come down with the parvo. Now Pilgrim and Pumpkin are rambunctious and playful puppies ready for their forever homes. They have gone from being puny and sick to playing at a fever pitch! They are now about three months old and are white with tan or brown speckles and spots. Pumpkin is the bigger of the two even though she is the female. These babies have been through a lot, but they are survivors! Now they need safe and loving homes. Who will step up to give them what they need?
