My story

MEET PUCCA! Pucca is a 10 year old female boxer & is a sarcoma cancer survivor!!

She is around 60 lbs, but is on the thin side (working on helping her gain some weight). She is a shy and timid girl that takes time to warm up to new people. Once she knows you, however, she will love you forever. Pucca lives in a foster home with another dog her size and two other small dogs. She was rested with cats, met multiple cats at once and was non-reactive. We feel she would do well in a home with cats with the right introduction. She lived with kids in her previous home, and would do well with older, respectful kids. We envision finding Pucca a forever home with people that either work from home or are retired. Background: Pucca was surrendered to our rescue in April 2019. She has had sarcoma cancer in the past with her previous owner. As of now, there is no sign of it returning, but we are proactive with her diet. She does have skin allergies that have been a work in progress since she joined our rescue.
