THIS DOG IS BEING FOSTERED IN DURHAM, NC. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE HERE FOR PICK UP AT ADOPTION TIME, WE DO NOT SHIP ANIMAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU AREN'T READY FOR A DOG NOW, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. WE CANNOT HOLD A DOG UNTIL YOU'RE READY AS THIS PREVENTS OTHERS FROM COMING INTO RESCUE DUE TO SPACE AVAILABILITY. THANK YOU!

ADOPTION FEE: $400

Herbie is a male Yorkie/Silky Terrier mix. He is only 10 months old and just a tiny 11 lbs. He is heartworm negative, on monthly preventatives, UTD on all vaccines/rabies. And he is microchipped.

He gets along with other dogs and kids. He does need work on his house training. Herbie came to us from a shelter as a stray, his owner was located but never reclaimed him.

Best personality, never meets a stranger. I had the opportunity to interact with him several hours while at the shelter and he was awesome. He allows you to hold him, play, chase a toy. He is all puppy. If you want a bouncing baby boy pup who loves to entertain and get attention, Herbie is for you
