Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Juliet. I was found on the streets of south Texas. Not much was known about me except that I had no hair but I loved people. My foster mom took me to the vet where they determined I’m still a puppy who is barely over a year old!
I currently have 3 foster siblings which means I am very dog friendly. I’d prefer a house where I have friends or a human who can hang out with me! I love prancing around outside and trying to tackle them. Everyone I meet instantly loves me, why wouldn’t they? I mean it’s hard not to love a pup who always gives hugs and cuddle time. Although I love to play fetch and all toys (the squeakier the better... my foster parents have a large basket of toys they have to pick up every night when it’s bedtime because I have to pull every single one out during the day because there are so many options) my favorite part is when everyone is home because I enjoy jumping into any open lap to snuggle and hold onto any human who’ll let me.
I am crate and potty trained too! I really like my crate, it has become my little home. I bring only my favorite things in there. Oh yeah! I love car rides too and exploring on walks. Did I mention I’m great on a leash? I like to walk just a little in front but never pulling my foster parents. I always make sure you’re right behind or next to me. Like I said I get along with everyone and everything especially cats. Sometimes they don’t want to play with me but it’s ok, I won’t give up they’ll be my friend too, eventually.
I had a bit of a rough start, but I’m definitely doing better and ready to have a home of my own where the squeaky toys are numerous and the humans cuddle with me too!
Juliet has been an amazing foster. She is very easy going and despite having a rough start, she has not let that stop her outgoing personality. She is a very well socialized pup who enjoys playing fetch and tug of war with anyone who’ll play with her. She is crate trained and fully potty trained. She would do best in a home where she has a furry friend or a human who can keep her occupied. She really enjoys going on rides and being buckled in the front seat. She gets along well with all other animals and people. The only thing is that if you’re not a cuddler, you soon will be. This girl is only 30 pounds and is very much a lap dog. She will take any opportunity to come up wherever you are and curl up in your lap.
