My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

10/15/19: Arvey is in need of a new home where he will be well loved and cared for. He is a larger brindle boxer/pit bull mix who weighs 75 pounds. He is long legged and loves to run and swim. He could even climb the ladder on our boat to get inside from the water when he wanted to. Arvey is eight years old and very loyal to his people. That said, he is not good with children or other dogs. They make him nervous if they get in his space and he has nipped. He has never made contact or bitten anyone but he does give a warning to stay away. He currently lives with a cat that he generally ignores.

Arvey is used to a life where he was very spoiled and went everywhere with his people - camping, boating, off-roading. Due to a death in the family and relocation to a smaller home with a very minimal yard (from rural property), he is no longer able to have the active lifestyle that made him happy.

He is very loved, but in this case that means trying to find him a happy home that I can longer provide. He is depressed in his current situation and deserves better.
