RESCUED from a 'high-kill' Animal Control facility in western NC at just 4wks old.

Will test with cats upon request.
Adoption fee: $250(includes speuter, micro-chip, 3 Parvo-Distemper, 1 Lepto, 1 Bordatella and 1st yr Rabies vax, all medical paperwork from day#1 at Howlin4Spirit, health certificate, parasite-free, current on heart worm and flea/tick prevention, new Martingale collar & matching 6' leash, 'SUPER PUPPY' training booklet, beef knee cap bone, 'RESCUED DOGS ROCK' car magnet, 2 pet alert wallet cards and KONG OR Nylabone chew toy & a 3lb bag of their current dry food).
These pups are in and will remain in foster care in Rutherfordton, NC until they have completed their mandatory quarantine and recovered from their speuter surgery/scheduled for OCT 31st. They will be ready for transport to their pre-approved adopter, with delivery on SAT/NOV 9, 2019.
Transport is available along the I-95 corridor to VA, DC, MD, DE, NJ, RyeNY & Jericho(LongIsland), JohnstonRI, ManchesterNH & BurlingtonVT each Saturday and 2Xs mo to Buffalo & Rochester, NY.
Their fees are: $125 as far N as Vince Lombardi svc plaza/NJTnpk, mm115 & $140 to all other destinations N & W of Vince Lombardi.

We require EMAIL ADDRESSES for your 3 personal references (unrelated to you) and your vet's name and contact info.
Upon receipt of your application, we will send you an email acknowledging your application and will email a short questionnaire to your personal references.
NOTE: PLEASE, ask your references to reply to our questionnaire at their MOST EARLIEST convenience, to help you be approved of your 1st choice of pups.
ALSO, you will need to give your vet's office permission to release your pet's medical history to us, when we call them on the 1st business day after receiving your application.
We will notify you just as soon as we have heard back from your references.
