My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper is a sweet 9 year old chihuahua who’s owner passed away and she was taken to a shelter. We stepped in to save her and now we are looking for a furever home. The perfect home would be one where the family is home most of the day. Pepper's trauma has caused her to be afraid to be alone. She loves to snuggle and be close to her person.

If you are interested in any of our adoptables, please visit joejoesplace.org and fill out an application. It may take up to 72 hours to complete the application process. Joe Joe's Place is not a shelter, we are a network of volunteer foster homes, therefore we only allow visits with an approved application. Due to our requirement of a first visit with the foster family and a follow up home visit at the potential adopters home, we only adopt within 1-1/2 hours of Medford, NJ.
