My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If Charlie could talk, oh the stories he could tell. Charlie lived on the streets of Brooklyn for many years. He was in bad shape when we rescued him. He had badly broken teeth and needed dental surgery (which is all done now). He is FIV+ which means his immune system is slightly suppressed and he will need extra care paid to his health, although he can live a normal life. Charlie is a sweet, old teddy bear and is looking for a comfortable place to retire from street life. He loves to be pet, but he is very shy and he spends most of his time hiding. He may take a long time to open up, but with a lot of love and patience he shows his appreciation and will get more comfortable. He needs a quiet home without kids. He is fine with other animals as long as they are older, very mellow and won't bother him. Would you like to have a lovable, old former street cat?
