My story

Meet Ziggy! Ziggy is a 5 month old mix of Cattle Dog, Labrador and other sporting/working dog. (yes, we ran his DNA!) This little man is a ball of energy with smarts to match! He’s looking for an active adopter that is eager to provide a structured, active and loving forever home. Ziggy loves to learn and is eager to please his “person”. He’s great with little dogs and is learning to love big ones too. His ideal home would have another well balanced dog in it, or an adopter who could keep him socialized with other dogs.

He’s great on leash, potty trained, good with cats and farm animals and loves car rides too!

f you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $350 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
