My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Monster from a shelter in 2013 when he was roughly a year old (so now roughly 7). He had been found as a stray. He has been a loved member of our family ever since. We have another cat whom he gets along with but they are not especially close. We have 2 dogs who have caused Monster a lot of stress. They bark and lunge at him (through baby gates so they can't reach him) so that he mostly stays upstairs. He loves to take naps with his humans and to snuggle with us but with the dogs he doesn't get that chance very often. We think he would prefer to live the rest of his life in a home without the stress of dogs so he can get the attention he loves from humans. Especially as he gets older. He has never had any health problems with the exception of one UTI several years ago. He is a lover who will be greatly missed but we believe it is in his best interest to live without dogs and we want to give him the absolute best life even if not with us.
