Socks is a young adult orange and white tiger striped male that comes to us as lost and unclaimed. Exceptional temperament, loves to give and receive attention and affection. Likes to lie on your lap and have you pet him. Nuzzles and rubs. Has a cute white ‘kitler’ mustache. Socks would make a great companion for someone looking for a nice quiet cat to love.
As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY JULY 21, 2009. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines (90 miles west) and Omaha, NE (60 miles east) 11 miles north of I-80. Bonafide rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
