Frankie is a friendly and outgoing boy who came to us from a local animal control. He rubs on your hand and likes to be petted but can turn feisty if he gets over-stimulated. He will nip or swat w/o much warning but we believe this behavior will lessen and go away once he's out of the shelter. He needs a patient, experienced person willing to take the time to gain his trust. He is still quite playful and would do best in a home where he could get lots of attention and playtime.
