My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Marley.

A kind lady rescued me from the streets of Houston, Texas where I was doing my best to survive. I have since visited what you call a vet several times and I am now healthy and ready to meet my forever family and live my very best life!! I am only 4 years old and have plenty of pep in my step to go for long walks. I am pretty good on the leash and after our walk, we can curl up on the couch, cuddle and watch a good show on TV. Or just give me a bone and I'll keep myself busy.

I do go in a crate when my foster mom is not home and do okay in there although I prefer when she is home and she lets me play with my doggy foster buddy and play with lots and lots of toys. I do prefer to be "top" dog so I would do just fine as an only dog. I love car rides and we can go on lots of adventures together. Marley is a pit mix, 4 years old and weighs 50 lbs. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
