My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adorable sweethearts  APRIL and HART , a 11 and 12-year-old  bonded pair. They joined rescue after their owner was suddenly hospitalized and unable to care for his beloved Cavaliers. 

These two bonded sweethearts are almost always side-by-side and must be adopted together. They absolutely adore each other and they are very easy going. They charm everyone they meet. Hart hasn’t met a person he doesn’t love. He’s a perfect gentleman. April is sweet and reserved. All she wants is love and affection. They would be okay with kids and other dogs in the home.

Hart and April have been vetted, including having their dentals and visits with cardiology.  They both have heart murmurs and require ongoing cardiac care and heart medications. They are both also on supplements and medications to support their common senior aches and pains. They both need someone who will commit to continue to frequent regular walks and exercise for overall health and weight management.  And they need a single-story forever home without stairs.

April and Hart's adoption fee is $500 (for both together).
