We adopted Cash from the Pet Alliance in the Summer 2018. We have had him just over a year. He is a very sweet dog. He sleeps in the bed with me and will lay on the couch with you. He is playful, has lots of energy. We enjoy his company. He does not bark excessively and has never been aggressive or bitten anybody. He does grab with his mouth when he's playing but it is not aggressively. Our only problem that prevents us from keeping him is that he is relentless about escaping the yard. I have a very large fenced yard, but the fence is old (chain link). He has dug under the gates, pushed through gaps, and climbed over parts of the fence multiple times a day. He loves to ride in the car, so when I go out to get him he will easily come into the car, but it is dangerous and unless I spend thousands of dollars on new fencing, I cannot keep him contained. He has also learned to open the sliding glass door to get into the yard. This would be fine, but he refuses to stay in the yard.
