Hi! My name is Roscoe and, as you can see, I am a nice mix of Border Collie and Corgi. What you can’t see is that I am the best of both. I am smart, easily trained, social in nature, and I get along with everyone! I love humans of any size, and dogs as well, as long as they are friendly. I love to wrestle with my doggie foster brothers and I love to cuddle with my humans.
SO! I was in the shelter and it was pretty clear that I hadn’t had anyone who cared about me. My foster mom thought I was a Border Collie until I stood up. Whoa! But she thought I was pretty cute so into rescue I went.
I am neutered and UTD on vaccines. I have a microchip and am Heartworm negative- which is a good thing. I am healthy and always happy and make everyone laugh! I am maybe two to three years old, which makes me just about perfect in every way.
I would like to have a playful doggie brother or sister because I love to chase and wrestle. I am crate trained and will run into my “box” when asked- and foster mom gives me a yummy cookie most times when I do! Of course, I am housebroken and have fun running around outside. I have a doggie door here but also have learned to ring bells to let mom know I need to go outside.
I would love to go to school and learn obedience and maybe something like Tricks, or Nose work. Did you notice that I said I am very smart and trainable?
I like walks, cuddles, anything I can do with you. I want to be part of the family in every way. If you think I might be the right boy for you, contact my Foster Mom. I know she will want to talk to you about me! Who wouldn’t?
