My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Panda, and I was surrendered to a local shelter that didn’t have room for me when my elderly owner passed away. I found myself on the euthanasia list through no fault of my own, but was rescued in the nick of time. It’s been a rough few months for me as I have been moved around a lot and have needed time to get adjusted. This means I will require some time to come out of my shell and warm up to you.

My ideal home would be a calm and quiet condo/apartment, with a single or couple and no young children or animals. I am not a fan of loud noises or sudden commotion. I am slowly but steadily making progress with my foster mom – I just need someone to give me the time I deserve to develop confidence and learn to trust again. Please be patient with me and give me a chance at a loving forever home so that I can show you my true personality! I have been working very hard with my foster mom to learn to trust people and build up my courage. We even went out for a walk, and had a professional studio photoshoot! I am a gentle boy; even when afraid, I never scratch or bite. I am curious and observant, and like to “shadow” you around to see what you are up to.

I am neutered, up to date with shots, and in good health. I am a handsome boy who is well-groomed and low maintenance.
