Strudel is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Strudel was saved from a small town, fast kill, dog pound. She is a Dachshund mix, with possibly Min Pin in the mix. We think she is between 5 and 6 months of age and weighs 13 pounds. Strudel is a very active, friendly, playful, and loving puppy. She is outgoing and fearless. Strudel is crate trained and appears to be house trained but no guarantees. She is fairly well behaved in the house but she is still a puppy that gets into stuff, and she will require further training. Strudel is small and must be protected from rough treatment by children or big dogs that can hurt her. She must also be protected from outdoor predators and large raptors that would consider her dinner. Strudel must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Strudel is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is heartworm negative and current on heartworm and flea prevention. Strudel has a $500.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport via Rescue Road Trips for pickup in Washington or New Stanton PA.
