Meet Dreamy Dewey! This adorable, 13 lb. dachshund is ready for adventures! Dewey is a very sweet, calm, well-mannered and easy going lover who thoroughly enjoys spending time outdoors exploring on walks.

Dewey gets along with all dogs, older kids (10+) and cats. He is potty, crate and leash trained, and is not much of a barker. The joy Dewey will bring to his family is truly limitless - he loves to snuggle, be in the big bed and be a part of the family dynamic.

Dewey is in great health and requires a specific diet that includes: a high quality kibble, Vitamin E, Omega 3 & 6 supplements. To keep their backs safe, an ideal weight should always be maintained along with no jumping and minimal stairs. Using steps and/or a ramp for furniture and/or the big bed is recommended. A joint supplement for bones, muscles and ligaments provides overall body health.

His best life includes:
- Retired home, part-time work hours (no more than 4 hours), works from home
- A single family residence (no condos or apartments)
- A fully secure fenced yard
- Dog companionship (age appropriate)
- Active, enjoys the outdoors
- Quite home
