Meet Sasha, Sasha was a rescue from under a house in Hartsville Tn. She had been roaming the streets and being fed by multiple people until she decided to have her 8 puppies under a porch. Sasha was one of the lucky ones and was taken into foster and was a wonderful mother. She was very cautious in the beginning protecting her babies. Sasha loves to play but would do best in a home where the other dogs are not overpowering to her. She will let the other dog know when she has had enough.
She likes to take walks and does well on a leash. She loves her toys and loves to eat. Sasha would be best with older children. She might be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She loves to get in your lap and just be loved on. If you are a looking for a companion to walk with and just hang out with meet Sasha. I have a lot of video and would be glad to send it so you can see her. She seems to be more comfortable with women but is fine with the foster’s husband but it took a little bit.
Sasha is up to date on vaccines, heart worm negative and on preventions for heart worm and flea and tick and is micro chipped. She is spayed and approximately 50 lbs and 3 years old.
Sasha is currently located in Tennessee and the adoption fee is $150. Transportation may be available to out of state adopters for an additional cost depending on the area. The first step in our process is submitting the application. We are happy to set up a meet and greet once an application has been approved. If you would like to adopt Sasha please fill out our online adoption application at http://safehaventn.com/ .

Additional adoption info
Our adoption process starts with submitting an Adoption Application which can be found on our website at www.safehaventn.com. From there you will be contacted by one of our Adoption Coordinators. Our adoption donations are usually $150 for adult dogs and $200 - $300 for puppies - depending on the animal, breed, etc. We expect that our pets will live indoors, and will be adopted to families who have the desire to add another family member to their home. A vet reference is required.
