My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are delighted to introduce you to Vanquish, the sweetest little Jack Russell Terrier his foster has ever met.

Vanquish is a six year old male, neutered and a very healthy 17 pounds. He is completely up-to-date with his vaccines, microchipped and Heartworm negative. His face markings are beautiful, half white, half brown. He has a smooth coat and except for his face, he is white.

Because he is a teenager, he is fully potty trained and his foster mom is proud to say there has not been one accident! He is also crate trained and loves to snuggle in it to sleep at night. All you need to say is, it’s time for bed and he happily runs to his crate. And never a peep until morning!

He loves to play! He has two foster sibling dogs, with his favourite being the Boston Terrier. They not only play games that only dogs know the rules for, but they will curl up together to sleep after a pretty exuberant romp. He would play outside all day if he could, chasing squirrels and digging the occasional hole in the garden.

He also loves to cuddle foster mama every chance he gets which is more than ok with her. He is not the least destructive in the house. Truthfully, the very best behaved little boy and their Boston could take some lessons!!

As previously noted, he gets along well with other dogs, but has not experienced children while in their care. Because he is an active little guy, experience owning a Jack Russell would be beneficial.

Foster Mom can truthfully say that if you adopt Vanquish you will have days filled with an abundance fun and love. Oh and you will take oodles of pictures!!

He is currently being fostered in Barrie.
