Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Welcome Baxter. He is a beautiful floppy eared Black Lab/Hound mix. He weighs 12 pounds now and should weigh about 60lbs full grown is our best guess. He is very sweet, mellow for a puppy and cuddly. He is outgoing and does good with other dogs. He lives in a foster home with 2 cats, is good in a crate and likes to be held. Baxter came off of one of the high kill shelter kills lists. They are full of dogs in need. This puppy had the face of an angel and his eyes locked with ours and CCPAL knew they had to help. His foster mom says to get him the most perfect home quick. He is one of the ones that would be easy to foster fail on and keep. He is currently getting his puppy shots. He will be neutered soon and ready for his forever home. He is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we will work with a transporter to get him delivered to Washington, Portland, all along the East Coast, Minnesota, Vermont and Wisconsin. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
