Meet ART pup Charlie! We have no idea what kind of dog he is but he's a terrier

He is just the cutest little guy with the best ears. He was an owner surrender due to no fault of his own to a county pound and very fearful. He just needed to get his Golden Ticket out of there!

This little dog packs a lot of personality into 13 pounds. Loves to be with his human and shadowed his foster mom from day one. She writes~ "As soon as I sit down, he is in my lap. I see NO shedding at all. Love terriers!"

Charlie is housebroken and his new home requires a fully fenced yard for Charlie to run off leash. He enjoys chasing squirrels and other critters. This young man has energy to burn and his ideal home will also have another friendly and playful pup who would like a forever friend.
